Customer Success!

Now what?

Customer Success seems to be the main driver of any SaaS company nowadays, I can tell you it’s damn right! The old set and forget (sell and move on) is dangerous for your company and leaves your customers at bay, facing storms alone and making goggly eyes at your competitors.

So, how do you do Customer Success? Is it different in each industry and do you need any superpowers? Short answer: no!

*Note: CS strategy still needs to be adapted to different business models.

That’s it for now! Get your head in some books, listen to some podcasts and attend conferences, meetups, networking events. It’s always an investment that pays off long-term.
